Toowoomba Regional Council in Toowoomba is offering a four-year, fixed-term graduate development role in Water Infrastructure Services. You will gain hands-on experience across real mechanical engineering projects and learn from experienced professionals.

Based in the Toowoomba CBD, the program provides mentoring, support from day one, and a clear pathway into graduate progression, with a starting salary of AU$80,078.24–AU$102,867.25 plus superannuation and leave loading.

Qualifications

• Have completed a recognised Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) in 2026, or expect to complete this by early 2027.
• WH S competency (White Card) for CPCCWHS1001 and a valid C Class driver’s licence.
