Based in the Toowoomba CBD, the program provides mentoring, support from day one, and a clear pathway into graduate progression, with a starting salary of AU$80,078.24–AU$102,867.25 plus superannuation and leave loading.

Qualifications

  • Have completed a recognised Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) in 2026, or expect to complete this by early 2027.
  • WH S competency (White Card) for CPCCWHS1001 and a valid C Class driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

  • Apply engineering principles to water infrastructure projects and activities across the region.
  • Learn from experienced professionals through mentoring and structured development.
  • Contribute to safety and best practice within a fixed-term, full-time graduate program.
