Job summary

Only About Children North Parramatta in NSW is seeking a Casual Qualified Educator to join our warm, flexible team. You will support rooms across the campus, bringing care into children's routines, play and learning, while staying responsive to each child's needs.

You will have a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent, and at least 6 months of early learning experience.

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or approved equivalent.
• 6 months' Early learning experience.
• Flexibility, reliability and a positive attitude.
• Warm communication with children, families and teams.
• Understanding of supervision, routines and child safe practices.
• Confidence adapting across rooms and age groups.
• Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Support rooms across the campus, bringing warmth, flexibility and care into children's routines, play and learning.
• Assist with meals, rest, transitions, hygiene and personal care to keep routines familiar.
• Join in play, notice curiosity and help learning feel safe.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and educators.
• Adapt quickly across different rooms, ages and routines.
• Ensure child safety and supervision as part of daily duties.

We're looking for warm, flexible and reliable Casual Qualified Educators to join our team.

At North Parramatta, my day feels homely, calm and close to the community. I arrive at a heritage building on Isabella Street, near Parramatta CBD, parks and buses. My campus feels like a little cottage tucked into a busy part of Sydney.

I learn in three indoor spaces and play in outdoor areas for each room, with a nursery verandah, climbing equipment and herb and vegetable gardens. The grown-ups help me settle, notice what I need and support my family through each stage. This is where I feel safe, seen and truly at home.

As a Casual Qualified Educator, you will support rooms across the campus, bringing warmth, flexibility and care into children's routines, play and learning.
