Job summary

Only About Children Torquay is a welcoming employer seeking warm, flexible and reliable Casual Educators to join our team. As a Casual Educator, you will support rooms across the campus, bringing warmth, care and consistency to children's routines, play and learning.

You'll work across rooms and age groups, helping meals, rest and transitions while building strong relationships with children and families. A Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care is preferred, plus

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or approved equivalent.
• Early learning experience, preferred.
• Flexibility, reliability and a positive attitude.
• Warm communication with children, families and teams.
• Understanding of supervision, routines and child safe practices.
• Confidence adapting across rooms and age groups.
• Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one.

At Torquay, my day feels fresh, coastal and full of new beginnings. I arrive on Grossmans Road, close to schools, shops and local community life. My campus opened recently and has a relaxed beachside feeling, with thoughtful spaces for children like me.

I learn in indoor spaces made for different ages and stages and play outside in big areas with shade for all kinds of weather. I can feel part of a growing community where belonging, feelings and respectful relationships matter. This is where my confidence can grow by the coast, one safe and happy day at a time.
