Only About Children Rose Bay Village is seeking an Early Childhood Educator (Diploma) to support our 0-3 year olds with strong leadership and mentoring across the campus.

Formación

About Our Rose Bay Village Campus

At Rose Bay Village, my day feels warm, familiar and full of belonging. I arrive on Newcastle Street, close to local shops, buses, libraries, community gardens and businesses. My campus feels like a little village where children, families and educators feel known. I learn in welcoming indoor spaces where I can play, rest, create and build confidence, and I play in large outdoor areas with room to move and explore. I can visit the library, spend time in the Zen room and explore local places with my group. This is a place where I can feel safe, supported and part of something close-knit. About The Role

I need educators around me who keep learning too. As an Educator, you will provide high-level practice, leadership and mentoring across the campus. You will support curriculum, strengthen child safe and inclusive practice, and help educators feel more confident.

What You'll Bring

• A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent.
• Educator or caring experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF, child development and inclusive practice.
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• Clear communication and warm mentoring skills.
• Commitment to child safe leadership and improvement.
• A Working with Children Check and relevant clearance.
