Job summary

Tomakin Sports & Social Club on the NSW south coast is seeking experienced Chefs for high-volume kitchen roles in a club setting. We offer full-time or casual arrangements depending on preference and fit.

You will join a friendly team delivering quality club cuisine and consistently meeting service standards. The ideal candidate has trade qualification, experience in fast-paced kitchen teams, strong communication skills, and a passion for safety and compliance with food hygiene regulations.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• Experience in high volume kitchens
• Knowledge of service standards, safety management and kitchen ordering systems
• Allergen management
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Effective communication, reliability and strong work ethic

We are currently looking for Trade-qualified Chef's with experience in high volume kitchens, in our club:

• Tomakin Sports and Social Club situated in Tomakin NSW

• Experience in a fast-paced team environment and the ability to remain calm under pressure

• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent relevant qualification
