Job summary

Harrison Barratt Group is seeking qualified Boilermaker, Fabricator and Welder professionals for assignments in the Brisbane area. The role requires proven fabrication experience and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Successful candidates will work with fabrication/welding tools, maintain safety standards, and follow on-site instructions. Weekly pay and ongoing work opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Boilermaker trade qualification required.

To be successful in this role, you will require the following qualifications:

• Boilermaker Trade Qualification
• Australian Recognised
• General fabricating
• Fabricate and weld products in accordance with approved weld procedures and drawings
• Positioning, aligning, fitting & fabricating/welding parts to form complete units
• Ability to operate fabrication/welding tools and machinery
• Be able to measure and cut materials
• Demonstrate ability to read & interpret Engineering drawings
• Ensuring all tools/equipment are well maintained and safe
• Carry out workshop/on-site duties as directed
• Ability to follow orders
• Must be punctual, reliable and demonstrate good communication skills with a 'can-do attitude
