Qualifications

• Trade-qualified Boilermaker/Fabricator with proven MIG welding skills.
• Demonstrates ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Reliable, motivated and able to work without constant supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good organisation and ability to prioritise tasks in a workshop.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a small team environment.
• High-risk licences are highly regarded and beneficial.

Harris Engineering Services CQ is a growing engineering business seeking an experienced and reliable qualified Boilermaker / Fabricator to join our Gracemere workshop team.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, can work confidently without constant supervision and demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability and commitment to quality.

For the right person, there is an opportunity to take on additional Leading Hand responsibilities as the business continues to grow.

About the Role

• General fabrication, welding, repairs and maintenance
• Workshop-based work with site opportunities
• Read and interpret engineering drawings

• Ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard

What We're Looking For

• Trade-qualified Boilermaker / Fabricator
• Strong MIG welding and fabrication experience
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Reliable, motivated and able to work unsupervised

Hours & Employment

• Full-time position based in Gracemere
• 38-hour working week
• Overtime available when required
• Hourly rate negotiated based on experience and responsibilities
