Job summary

WorkPac is seeking a hands-on Boilermaker for our Coffs Harbour operation. You will fabricate and assemble metal structures, read fabrication drawings, and operate workshop machinery. A strong MIG/TIG welding background and a White Card are required, with an immediate start available.

Location is Coffs Harbour, NSW. The role offers penalties on top of base pay and benefits through WorkPac's employee programs and Wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication Trade or equivalent required.
• Experience in general and structural steel fabrication.
• Strong MIG and TIG welding skills.
• Ability to read and work from fabrication and engineering drawings.
• White Card is required.

Our client is a well-established metal fabrication company based in Coffs Harbour, specialising in quality metal fabrication and workshop services. They are looking for reliable, hands-on workers to join their team and support the fabrication and workshop operations.

What you will be doing:

• Fabricating and assembling metal structures and components
