Show Me The Dough Pty Ltd in Caroline Springs is seeking motivated and energetic Qualified Bakers to join our Bakers Delight team. This full-time role requires flexible rosters and the ability to work around 2am starts to meet business needs.

You will prepare and bake bread and pastry products, maintain quality, and support a friendly team dedicated to excellent customer experiences every day.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability across 7 days, including evenings and public holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team with customers and staff.
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
• Experience in bakery operations is preferred; priority for 3+ years or Certificate III in Baking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce quality bakery products per Bakers Delight standards.
• Maintain bread quality and range, ensuring timely delivery to meet customer demand.
• Support and collaborate with bakery team members.
• Weigh flour and ingredients to prepare dough.
• Operate machines and tools to prepare bakery products.
• Decorate cakes with glazes, icings, buttercream and toppings.
• Prepare pastry fillings and manage batches from forming to cooling.
• Monitor oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times.
• Maintain cleanliness of machines, tools and premises.
