Job description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Qualified Chef to join our high-volume production kitchen catering team This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured workflows, food preparation, and being part of a team that delivers consistent, large-scale catering volumes.

You will work within a well-organised production environment focused on quality, efficiency, and food safety, supporting daily catering operations.

Applicants must hold a trade qualification to be considered for this position. Permanent residency status is required for this role.

This position operates on a fortnightly rotating roster, incorporating early morning starts 4:00am and later shifts commencing 1:00pm, you will be working with our Chef Director and team to produce consistency in a fast paced environment ensuring food standards are kept high at all times.

We operate seven days, servicing large Reef Tour Boats, Charter Boats and Day Tour Groups, from our commercial kitchen.

Availability to work rotating weekends is essential as we operate seven days a week.

We are seeking someone with experience in a high volume production kitchen with excellent knife skills, a passion for fresh food who is self motivated and enthusiastic.
