Job summary

Intertek SAI Global is seeking confident Facilitators to deliver nationally recognised training across multiple disciplines in Australia. You’ll bring expertise in QSE management systems and adult education to life through engaging sessions and real-world applications.

You will assess to AQF and Exemplar Global standards, support learners before, during and after delivery, and contribute to continuous improvement. Travel across Australia and flexible arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in your delivery area.
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or higher).
• Vocational qualifications relevant to your delivery area.
• Experience in adult training in a professional setting.
• Expertise in Quality, Safety and/or Environmental management systems.
• Up-to-date AQF or Exemplar Global competencies (within 3 years).
• Tertiary or post-grad qualifications in your field or adult education.
• Familiarity with the Australian VET sector and RTO standards.
• Membership with industry bodies (e.g. AOQ, ASQ, IIA, AICD).

Responsibilities

• Deliver accredited training programs (virtual, public, and in-house).
• Facilitate engaging learning using SAI’s structured facilitator guides.
• Conduct assessments to AQF and Exemplar Global standards.
• Manage learner needs before, during and after training delivery.
• Maintain course records and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Provide subject matter expertise in your domain of specialisation.
