Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead its Queensland operations on the Brisbane Northside. This permanent full-time role focuses on building high-performing teams, strengthening customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.

You will oversee a well-established service division, manage technicians and support staff, monitor KPIs and drive profitability while ensuring WHS compliance and a strong customer-centric approach across Queensland.

Brisbane Northside | Permanent Full-Time $135,000 + Super + Vehicle

An established national organisation operating within the technical service and equipment support sector is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead its Queensland operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, strengthening customer relationships and driving operational success. You'll take ownership of a well-established service division, leading technicians and support staff while ensuring exceptional service delivery across Queensland.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the National Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Queensland service operation, overseeing people, processes, customer outcomes and commercial performance.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure service excellence, operational efficiency and continued business growth.
