The Role

The Regional Operations Manager QLD will take overall responsibility for the performance and development of the Queensland operation.

Leading a team of technical professionals across South East and regional Queensland, you will balance service delivery, customer engagement, people leadership and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and develop a growing technical service team.
• Ensure high-quality planned and reactive service delivery.

• A proactive approach to business development and growth.
• Credibility with technical professionals and senior stakeholders.
• A biomedical engineering background is advantageous but not essential. Strong candidates from adjacent technical service environments will be considered.
