Job summary

Galvin Engineering in Queensland is seeking a motivated Client Manager to build relationships with merchants, contractors and healthcare facilities while driving growth for an Australian-owned market leader.

You'll travel to customer sites, identify opportunities, manage key accounts and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service. A field-based role requiring strong communication, relationship-building, and a current driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Proven sales/account growth capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Field-based sales experience in plumbing/building products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
• Drive account growth and sales across Queensland.
• Conduct account reviews and business development activities.
• Support healthcare, commercial and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver service.
• Maintain account plans and CRM records.
