Kinrise Pty in Braeside, VIC is seeking a proactive QA Officer to join our quality team. Reporting to the QA Manager, you will help maintain site food safety and product quality across production operations.

You will conduct inspections, audits, investigate complaints and non-conformances, and manage documentation to support HACCP, GMP and regulatory compliance. The role requires 3+ years in QA within food manufacturing and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Quality Assurance role within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, food safety and quality management systems.
• Experience conducting internal audits and managing non-conformances.
• Knowledge of GFSI standards and food manufacturing compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong digital literacy, including Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
• Collaborative approach with ability to influence across all levels of the business.
