Zusammenfassung

Kinrise, a fast-growing Australian food manufacturer, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Dandenong South site, with occasional travel to Braeside and Keysborough. This role operates on the Afternoon Shift and is pivotal to keeping our packaging lines safe, reliable and productive.

You will perform installations, repairs and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and provide input on capital projects, using CMMS systems to drive continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifikationen

• Experience implementing or maintaining CMMS systems (e.g., FIIX, MEX, SAP PM, Pronto).
• Hands-on technical background in FMCG, food, or high-speed packaging manufacturing.
• Strong coordination and planning capability across maintenance and engineering teams.
• Knowledge of automation, PLC systems, and continuous improvement practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Trade qualification or engineering background preferred; high-risk licenses (Forklift, EWP, Confined Space, Restricted Electrical) highly regarded.

We're currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Kinrise Snackfoods team. Based primarily at our Dandenong South with travel to Braeside, and Keysborough as required, this role plays a key part in driving reliability, planning efficiency, and continuous improvement across our operations.

Please note this role is for our Afternoon Shift.

About the role.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the electrical and mechanical components of the plant operate reliably and safely, with minimal downtime and waste.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the role supports all plant equipment and includes installations, repairs, commissioning, testing, fault finding, and diagnostics to maximise plant effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
