Job summary

Corinthian Doors Australia is seeking a Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator to join our St Marys manufacturing operation within the national Doors Group network. Reporting to the National Supply Chain Manager East Coast, you will manage purchasing, inventory control and production planning support to ensure continuity of supply and efficient manufacturing.

• Coordinate stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
• Support production scheduling and planning activities.
• Monitor freight on water, stock in transit and intercompany inventory.
• Prepare inventory, purchasing and month-end reporting.

We are seeking a Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team and play a key role in supporting our St Marys manufacturing operation and national Doors Group network.

About The Role

Reporting to the National Supply Chain Manager (East Coast Operations), you will be responsible for purchasing, inventory management and production planning support to ensure continuity of supply, inventory accuracy and efficient manufacturing operations.

Working closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Customer Service, Logistics and Supply Chain teams, you'll help ensure materials are available when needed, stock levels are optimised, and customer commitments are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities and supplier performance
• Raise and maintain purchase orders
• Monitor inventory levels and optimise stock holdings
• Coordinate stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory reconciliations
• Support production scheduling and planning activities
• Monitor freight on water, stock in transit and intercompany inventory
• Prepare inventory, purchasing and month-end reporting

About You
