Job summary

Databricks is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive digital transformation in Australia’s Federal sector, helping government agencies harness the Databricks platform and accelerate outcomes.

You will own the full sales cycle, build executive relationships, and coordinate with solution architects, customer success, and global teams to close strategic opportunities and expand platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Federal or Public Sector sales.
• Knowledge of Spark and Big Data is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to close strategic deals and drive platform adoption.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and initial engagement to closing transformative deals and driving platform adoption.
• Build trusted executive relationships with government partners and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with solution architects, customer success, and global teams to deliver integrated Databricks solutions.
• Identify and shape strategic opportunities that align Databricks capabilities with Australia’s federal priorities.
