Job summary

Public Sector People is partnering with a local government organisation to recruit a Customer Support Administrator for a 3-month contract in Sydney. You will assist the public with the new online booking platform, both digitally and in person, ensuring a smooth launch across parks and reserves.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in admin support within government or sensitive environments, hold a current driver's licence, and are comfortable using TechOne, TRIM/Content Manager, Authority or Pathway

Qualifications

• 2+ years in admin support within local government or politically sensitive environment
• Current driver's licence is essential
• Experience with TechOne, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority or Pathway highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Assist the public with navigating and using the new online booking platform
• Promote the use of the new system and assist customers with digital bookings
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions
• Provide on-site support at parks and reserves during launch and office-based support
• Engage with the community as a concierge and ambassador for the booking system
• Record common questions and feedback to improve customer experience
