Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to build technical relationships with partners of all sizes, acting as their trusted advisor to accelerate customer outcomes.

You will influence AWS roadmaps by representing partner needs and educating customers and partners about cloud solutions for government, education and health sectors. The role emphasizes collaboration, thought leadership and delivery of scalable reference architectures.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology domains (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• Experience with presentations and speaking with executives, IT, management, and developers.
• Knowledge of AWS services, market segments, customer base and industry verticals.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture

Responsibilities

• Meet partners to understand their business and technical challenges, crafting solutions that leverage AWS products and services.
• Position the best solutions with partners while learning and experimenting with latest technologies.
• Evangelise and educate partners about AWS technology through workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, online content or conferences.
