Department of Families, Fairness & Housing VIC – Morwell VIC is seeking Housing Customer Service Officers to provide public housing information and assistance to prospective tenants, renters, service partners and government stakeholders in a client-focused, timely manner.

Officers handle inbound calls, emails and other channels, assess queries against policies, and support the Housing Call Centre in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to expand to additional tasks as skills grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service to clients in relation to routine housing information.
• Assess client queries for housing services and make decisions from a range of established policies and procedures, legislation and regulations specific to the role.
• Review and accurately process contractor invoice claims for payment.
