• Applicants must be Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents or hold a valid work permit or visa.

Responsibilities

• Assess client's needs and provide advice on housing options from established policy, procedures and standards.
• Prepare routine cases with established procedures and represent the Department at VCAT.
• Apply early intervention strategies to sustain tenancies.
