West Oak Hotel in Adelaide is seeking a hands-on Venue Manager to lead a busy city pub. You’ll take charge of day-to-day operations, motivate your team and ensure a memorable customer experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

We’re looking for proven venue management experience, with strong leadership, organisational skills and a passion for community engagement. Current RSA and RP approvals are required. Flexible days, nights and weekend work is expected.

Job description

We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Venue Manager to lead a busy city pub in Adelaide. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has the ambition and capability to take control, thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

About the Role

As Venue Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the venue. You’ll lead from the front, motivate your team, and ensure the pub runs smoothly, profitably, and in line with compliance standards. You will be hands on and work a combination of Days, Nights and Weekends in line with Venue Requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of venue operations in our Deli, Bar and food service.

About You

Proven experience as a Venue Manager or Assistant Venue Manager in a pub or similar setting

Strong leadership and team development skills

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities

A passion for hospitality and community engagement

Current RSA and RP Approvals
