Job summary

Farmers Arms Creswick Pty Ltd in Melbourne VIC is seeking an experienced Pub & Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and frontline service. You will oversee rostering, payroll, stock, and staff performance while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

The role requires hands-on leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage busy service periods. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate, with day-to-day operations guided by the owner.

Qualifications

• Experienced in hospitality, with supervisory or management experience.
• Confident, charismatic and creative, with strong team leadership skills.
• 18+ with a valid RSA, and committed to upholding RSA standards.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
• Customer-focused and committed to providing excellent service.
• Confident in making decisions and managing busy service periods.
• Able to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
• Able to travel to and from work via reliable transport.
• Willing to hands-on and lead by example.

Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking for your next opportunity?

We are looking for a hands‑on and motivated manager to join our team at our established pub. If you take pride in providing great customer service and managing the staff and day-to-day operations of our pub restaurant, this role is for you!

About the role:

This is a full‑time management position for someone who is ready to take on responsibility and become an important part of the operations of the venue.

You will help to oversee the day-to-day running of the pub, with support of the owner and staff.

We have sponsorship available for the role as well if successful.
