Job summary

Smithfield Tavern in Tropical North Queensland is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy floor, manage a large crew, and keep service at gold-class hospitality across the bistro, sports bar and gaming room.

This hands-on role requires physical tasks; RSA/RSG, RMLV and an Approved Managers Licence are required by state rules. You'll mentor staff, drive energy on shift, and partner with the Publican to deliver safe, efficient operations and a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence are state requirements.
