Bras N Things Rockhampton is seeking a driven Store Supervisor for a part-time role (29.5 hours per week). You will lead by example, support team development, and manage stock processes while delivering on store budgets and KPIs. The role involves strong customer connections, delegation, and teamwork.

• Supporting the training and development of your team, helping them build confidence and capability to deliver on store budgets and KPIs
• Managing high stock volumes - you're hands-on and happy to support with deliveries and stock processes alongside your team
• A clear and supportive communicator, able to delegate tasks effectively and bring the team along with you
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask on the shop floor, including working independently during quieter periods
• Collaborating with the Store Manager on operational and ad hoc tasks, contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment

About The Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join the team at our Bras N Things Rockhampton Store.

This is a part-time position at 29.5 hours per week.

• Supporting the training and development of your team, helping them build confidence and capability to deliver on store budgets and KPIs
• Managing high stock volumes - you're hands-on and happy to support with deliveries and stock processes alongside your team
