Job summary

Bonds Casuarina is seeking a motivated PT Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This part-time role covers 32 hours per week, delivering inclusive, positive customer experiences while supporting training and development to achieve store budgets and KPIs.

You will help set up displays in line with VM guidelines, manage stock processing and deliveries, and collaborate with the Store Manager on daily operations.

• Comfortable handling stock, deliveries and store operations.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated PT Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Bonds Casuarina store.

This is a part-time position at 32hours per week.

• Support the delivery of inclusive, positive, and respectful customer experiences
• Assist with training, coaching, and development to help the team achieve store budgets and KPIs
• Support the setup and maintenance of in-store displays in line with visual merchandising (VM) guidelines
• Assist with stock processing and deliveries as part of day-to-day store operations
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and wider team on operational and additional tasks as required
