Bonds Tuggerah is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a part-time role at 31 hours per week. You’ll lead a friendly team, support store operations, and help deliver inclusive customer experiences while benefiting from employee discounts, clothing allowance, and a structured development pathway.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of inclusive, positive, and respectful customer experiences
• Assist with training, coaching, and development to help the team achieve store budgets and KPIs
• Support the setup and maintenance of in-store displays in line with visual merchandising (VM) guidelines
• Assist with stock processing and deliveries as part of day-to-day store operations
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and wider team on operational and additional tasks as required
• Enjoy a 3-day weekend every month, plus your standard Friday and Saturday RDOs
• Receive up to 50% discount off Hanes Brands, including Sheridan, Bonds and Bras N Things, plus 30% discounts for your family and friends
• Receive up to $1,000 clothing allowance per year to spend on Bonds products ($250 each quarter)

About the Role
