Job summary

Bonds Airport West store in Melbourne is seeking a driven Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This full‑time, 38‑hour week role is a fixed-term contract ending September 2027.

You will drive budgets and KPIs, coach staff, manage stock and merchandising, and ensure brand standards are reflected in every customer interaction. A supportive, inclusive culture backs your leadership journey.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Bonds Airport West store.

This is a full-time position at 38 hours per week. This is a fixed-term contract, ending September 2027.
