Bonds Tuggerah is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team as part of Hanes Brands Australasia. This role is 31 hours per week, offering support in delivering inclusive customer experiences and leading a small team.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Bonds Tuggerah store.

This is a part-time position at 31 hours per week .

• - Support the delivery of inclusive, positive, and respectful customer experiences
• - Assist with training, coaching, and development to help the team achieve store budgets and KPIs
• - Support the setup and maintenance of in-store displays in line with visual merchandising (VM) guidelines
• - Assist with stock processing and deliveries as part of day-to-day store operations
• - Collaborate with the Store Manager and wider team on operational and additional tasks as required
