Bonds Bondi, part of Hanes Brands Australasia, is hiring a Store Manager for a full-time, 38 hours per week role. You will lead an inclusive team, drive sales KPIs, and ensure outstanding customer experiences in a flagship Bond store.

You will coach staff, manage stock, and execute merchandising while upholding brand standards. There are strong growth paths across retail and support centres within the group.

About The Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Bonds Bondi store. This is a full-time position at 38 hours per week.

• Lead by example to build an inclusive, high-performing team, while driving budgets, KPIs and great customer experiences
• Create a strong customer-first environment where every interaction reflects the brand and a consistently high level of service
• Coach and develop your team through regular on-the-spot feedback, support and ongoing capability building
• Execute visual merchandising in-store, balancing brand guidelines, customer needs and store presentation with commercial judgement
• Take ownership of stock processes and daily operations, keeping priorities clear to support smooth day-to-day running
