Job summary

Monash University invites applications for Specialist - Psychosocial Risk to lead proactive risk management, training and programs to mitigate psychosocial hazards and ensure compliance with OHS legislation.

Reporting to the Manager - Psychosocial Risk, you will provide data-driven risk insights and collaborate with Health, Safety & Wellbeing, HR and the Safer Community Unit to drive continuous wellbeing improvements.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualifications or equivalent senior expertise in psychosocial risk.
• Experience in psychosocial risk management and occupational health legislation.
• Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of proactive psychosocial risk systems, training and programs.
• Manage hazard reporting systems and conduct risk assessments and investigations.
• Monitor KPIs and provide data insights for executive reporting and wellbeing improvements.
• Coordinate with Health, Safety & Wellbeing, HR and Safer Community Unit to ensure compliance.
