Juniper is seeking a passionate and proactive Psychosocial Safety Advisor to join our team at the Balcatta Head Office. This permanent full‑time role reports to the Work Health and Safety Manager and focuses on psychosocial safety, workplace wellbeing and risk management.

You will identify psychosocial hazards, develop practical initiatives, partner with leaders, deliver wellbeing programs and support mental health projects across our services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or WHS.
• Understanding of psychosocial hazards and risk management.
• Experience with psychosocial safety and workplace wellbeing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify, assess and manage psychosocial hazards with practical strategies.
• Develop psychosocial risk management frameworks and monitoring processes.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen awareness and accountability for psychosocial safety.
• Develop and deliver workplace wellbeing initiatives, training and education programs.
• Contribute to Juniper's Health and Wellness Plan with focus on psychological health and safety.
• Monitor emerging risks, evaluate program effectiveness and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Support workplace mental health initiatives, including wellbeing champions and programs.
• Promote a proactive approach to psychosocial safety across the organisation.
