Monash University is seeking a Manager - Psychosocial Risk to lead risk frameworks across its Clayton campus. You will embed psychosocial risk management into a large, diverse workforce, aligning with Victorian OHS legislation and the university safety strategy.

You will partner with leaders, HR, and health and safety teams to build capability, run risk workshops, and translate data into actionable recommendations that protect staff wellbeing and organisational performance.

Qualifications

• Designed or managed psychosocial risk programs within a large, complex organisation.
• Sound knowledge of the Vic OHS Act and Regulations and psychosocial hazard provisions.
• Ability to facilitate risk workshops and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Experience operating within a large, multi-site organisation.
• Tertiary qualifications in occupational health and safety, psychology, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret workforce data and make recommendations.
