Serco is recruiting a Psychologist for Albatross Health Centre, Nowra, NSW. This part-time role (Tuesdays and Fridays, 7:30am–3:30pm) delivers high-quality mental health care to Defence members in a primary healthcare setting with no Medicare Billing.

You’ll join a multidisciplinary team to conduct assessments, provide targeted therapies, and develop care plans. Unrestricted AHPRA registration, 2+ years’ post-graduate mental health experience, CPR (HLTAID009), and Australian citizenship for

Competenze

• Unrestricted AHPRA general registration as a Psychologist.
• Minimum two years of postgraduate mental health experience in the last five years.
• Competent in Focussed Psychological Strategies and Psychological Therapy per Medicare Schedule.
• Current CPR certification HLTAID009.
• Australian Citizenship required for Baseline Security Clearance.
• Commitment to CPD and ethical, patient-centred care.

About Albatross Health Centre

Located at Nowra on the South Coast of NSW, approximately 2.5 hours from Sydney CBD. HMAS Albatross is the largest operational naval establishment in Australia and the Navy’s only air station. The health centre provides primary medical, aviation medical, dental, mental health, physiotherapy, nursing and pharmaceutical services to up to 1500 ADF members. Standard hours of operation are generally 0730-1530 Monday-Friday, with medical officers on-call for aviation retrievals.

What You Bring

• Unrestricted AHPRA general registration as a Psychologist
