We’re seeking a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner/Provisional Psychologist to join our team. This is a hands-on, client-focused role where you’ll make a real difference by supporting individuals with complex needs across the life-span.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored behaviour support plans
Implement and review plans, adjusting as needed for best outcomes
Provide training and guidance to families, carers, and support staff
Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated care
Maintain accurate client records and meet all compliance requirements
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay across best practice
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
BSP Registered Practitioners or eligible to gain registration with the NDIS Commission.
Strong understanding of evidence-based behaviour support approaches
Proven ability to achieve positive client outcomes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and within a supportive team
Driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally as required
