Job summary

Humanity Health Group is seeking a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner/Provisional Psychologist to join our team. This hands-on, client-focused role supports individuals with complex needs across the life span, with flexible work arrangements and a competitive salary plus benefits.

You will conduct assessments, develop and review tailored behaviour support plans, provide training to families and carers, collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate records, and pursue ongoing

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• BSP Registered Practitioner or eligible for registration with the NDIS Commission.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based behaviour support approaches.
• Proven ability to achieve positive client outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a supportive team.
• Driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored behaviour support plans.
• Implement and review plans, adjusting as needed for best outcomes.
• Provide training and guidance to families, carers, and support staff.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated care.
• Maintain accurate client records and meet all compliance requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay across best practice.
