Job summary

Unify Disability Services on the Gold Coast invites you to join our mission as a Provisional Psychologist/Behaviour Support Practitioner at Robina. You will support participants across Coomera, Logan and surrounding regions in a collaborative, rights-based environment.

Deliver tailored supports under NDIS, conduct assessments, develop behavioural plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while enjoying flexible work-from-home options and a clear path for career progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related allied health field.
• For psychologists: accreditation pathway and eligibility for provisional/registered psychologist with AHPRA.
• Valid driver's licence and a car in good working order.
• Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
• Experience writing Behaviour Support Plans and NDIS reports.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and undertake assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small-group training and skill building.

About the role

We're hiring a Behaviour Support Practitioner for our Robina office, supporting participants across Coomera, Logan and surrounding regions.

This role is suitable for early-career practitioners with roughly 0–3 years' experience (up to ~4 welcome), including Provisional Psychologists undertaking the 4+2 or 5+1 pathways, and allied health graduates from related fields.

Role overview

What you'll need

• A relevant bachelor's (or equivalent) in psychology or a related allied health / therapeutic field (e.g. OT, speech, ABA/behavioural studies, social work)
• For psychologists: accredited pathway and current or eligibility for provisional / registered psychologist registration with AHPRA
• Valid driver's licence and a car in good working order
• Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• Reliability, passion, and a team-player mindset
• Basic software proficiency
• Experience writing Behaviour Support Plans, Functional Behaviour Assessments and NDIS reports
• Implementing Behaviour Support Plans within the NDS framework
