Job summary

UTR Sports is seeking a proactive Provider Success Manager based in Australia to manage and grow relationships with providers, clubs, and academies across the East Region. You will drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth while collaborating with regional and international teams.

The role requires strong account management experience, a focus on outcomes, and fluency in English; Chinese is a nice-to-have.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or provider services.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients with retention and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of client success metrics, including retention and renewals.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot) and data-driven decision-making.
• Fluency in English; Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with clubs, academies, and providers in your region.
• Drive renewals and identify growth opportunities through upsells/cross-sells.
• Collaborate with regional and international stakeholders to support goals.
• Track KPIs related to client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Assist clients in maximizing value from UTR Sports platforms.
