Job summary

Herron Todd White (HTW) invites graduates to join the HTW Academy Graduate Program, a regional valuation training track across Australia. From day one you’ll be out in the field, inspecting properties and building a local market presence under the guidance of senior valuers and directors.

You’ll learn to read regional property dynamics, analyze real-world data, and author valuation reports while pursuing CPV accreditation with structured study support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Property Economics, Valuation, Business, or a related field.
• Willingness to pursue Certification as a registered valuer (CPV).
• Willingness to relocate to a regional centre.
• Valid Australian driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Work in regional markets inspecting residential, commercial and rural properties.
• Learn from Senior Valuers and Directors and progress through mentoring.
• Develop regional property knowledge and prepare valuation reports.
• Pursue CPV accreditation with structured study support.
