Responsibilities

• In the Field: inspect diverse agricultural operations and assess farm infrastructure.
• Mentored by Senior Rural Valuers and Directors with deep agricultural market knowledge.
• Mastering Rural Valuation: learn water entitlements, soil quality, carrying capacities and climate factors.
• Accelerated accreditation towards CPV with API endorsement.

Mastering Rural Valuation: Learning how water entitlements, soil quality, carrying capacities, climate factors, and global commodity trends drive land values.

Fast-Tracking Your Accreditation: Accessing structured study support, logged hours, and specialized guidance toward becoming a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) with rural endorsement through the Australian Property Institute (API).
