Qualifications

• You're completing or have recently finished a degree in Property Economics, Valuation, Business, or a related field and are prepared to take on the study required to gain certification as a registered valuer.
• You hold a valid Australian driver's license and are excited to get out into the field.
• You either love where you live or are excited by the prospect of relocating to a regional center to build a community, enjoy lower living costs, and escape the metropolitan grind.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting regional residential homes, commercial hubs, and agricultural landmarks that form the backbone of the local economy.
• Walking side-by-side with Senior Valuers and Directors who know every corner of the region and are genuinely invested in your personal and professional growth.
• Learning to read regional property dynamics, analyze real-world data, and author authoritative valuation reports.
• Accessing structured study support, and guidance toward becoming a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) with the Australian Property Institute.
