Job summary

Herron Todd White invites you to join the HTW Academy Graduate Program, delivering elite valuation training and mentorship across regional hubs in Australia. You’ll work in the field from day one, inspecting regional properties and learning from senior valuers to build a career with structured progression.

You’ll pursue CPV accreditation with study support, with opportunities across multiple regional locations on a full-time or part-time basis.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Property Economics, Valuation, Business or related field.
• Commitment to pursue CPV certification through the Australian Property Institute.
• Willingness to undertake structured study and accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Learn from Senior Valuers and Directors in regional hubs.
• Assist with field inspections of regional residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.
• Develop skills to read regional property dynamics and prepare valuation reports.
• Progress toward becoming a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) with formal study support.
