Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in General Insurance or Property Insurance.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical capability.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, curious and commercially minded.
• ANZIIF studies (completed or underway).
• Permanent working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Support the underwriting team with renewals, new business and portfolio management.
• Assist with premium calculations, technical pricing and reinsurance processing.
• Prepare policy documentation, endorsements and underwriting files.
• Manage renewal and quotation pipelines to progress opportunities.
• Respond to broker enquiries and deliver exceptional service.
• Build strong relationships with brokers, clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support underwriting operations and contribute to portfolio profitability.
• Play an active role in growing HDI's Property portfolio.
