• Experience with commercial property leasing or portfolio management.
• Ability to interpret leases and property agreements with understanding of regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the broader property strategy and manage internal property related aspects for DuluxGroup entities.
• Assist with leasing and portfolio management, leveraging Progenesis and SAP for portfolio governance.
• Build relationships across business units and stakeholders to influence property decisions that support the business.
