Job summary

DuluxGroup is seeking a property-focused professional to support our growing portfolio across ANZ. You will assist with leasing, commercial outcomes and property management using Progenesis and SAP, while building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Property, Business or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in commercial property, leasing or portfolio management.
• Understanding leases and commercial terms; regulatory awareness.
• Strong commercial and numerical capability.
• Ability to negotiate with landlords, agents and stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building and communication across teams.
• Highly organized with ability to manage competing priorities.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a broad, growth orientated hands-on property role where you'll have the opportunity to evolve towards influencing properly related decisions and work across a diverse property portfolio. As part of a small and collaborative team, you'll support our broader property strategy and assist with the management of internal property related aspects for respective DuluxGroup entities

From leasing and commercial outcomes utilizing 'Progenesis' property management system and SAP, you'll help ensure our portfolio is managed effectively and strategically. You'll build relationships across different business units, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and work closely with our experienced Property Team on property decisions that support the broader business.

What We're Looking For

• A qualification in Property, Business, Finance or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in commercial property, leasing or portfolio management, exposure to corporate property management system [Progenesis or similar] ideally within a corporate or multi-site environment.
• Confidence interpreting leases, property agreements and commercial terms, with an understanding of relevant regulatory requirements.
• Strong commercial and numerical capability, with the attention to detail needed to manage property payments, reconciliations and portfolio data.
• An ability to negotiate effectively and achieve balanced commercial outcomes with landlords, agents and other stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across different teams and levels.
• A highly organised and proactive approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems and take ownership of an allocated portfolio.
