DuluxGroup (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a property professional to join our team. This broad, growth-oriented hands-on role covers leasing, portfolio management and supporting the property strategy across multiple sites, using Progenesis and SAP to drive commercial outcomes.

You’ll build relationships with internal teams and external partners, manage priorities, and contribute to a market-leading learning culture with strong wellbeing and career pathways.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial and numerical capability.
• Excellent negotiation and relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret leases and commercial terms with regulatory awareness.
• Organised and proactive portfolio management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support property strategy across DuluxGroup entities.
• Manage leasing and portfolio tasks using Progenesis or similar systems (SAP integration).
• Build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Help ensure portfolio is managed effectively and strategically across sites.
