You will build in-house frameworks, publish high-quality reports, and develop forecasts to guide strategic planning. Strong analytical and communication skills, plus experience in real estate research, are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in real estate, investment management or research
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to present complex information clearly
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth research on property markets, industry trends, and global economic factors
• Building and maintaining in-house frameworks and databases for strategic intelligence
• Writing and structuring high-quality research reports, articles, and market updates
• Collaborating with sectors, investor relations, and other teams to disseminate findings
• Participating in client meetings and stakeholder engagements to share insights
• Monitoring global trends to identify opportunities and risks and refining methodologies
• Developing forecasts and predictive models to support planning and decision-making
