Job summary

Perpetual is seeking a senior Investment Research professional to join its Private Investment Research team in Sydney. You will help manage multi-manager Real Assets and Growth Asset strategies, researching managers and opportunities, and supporting portfolio design and implementation for clients.

Experience across asset classes and strong analytical skills are essential. You will contribute to Investment Committee papers and collaborate with advisers to deliver high-quality investment

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in investment research, preferably with multi-manager exposure.
• Experience across Real Assets, Equities, Growth Alternatives or related assets.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills with ESG knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present to committees.

Responsibilities

• Research and assess investment managers and opportunities across Real Assets, Equities, Growth Alternatives and Responsible Investment strategies.
• Monitor the Approved Product List and support portfolio construction and manager selection decisions.
• Prepare and present investment research and recommendations to Investment Committees and contribute to Board and committee papers.
• Contribute to Perpetual Private's investment strategy and House View; deliver investment communications to advisers and clients.
