Job summary

Growthpoint Properties Australia is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join the Finance team in Melbourne. Reporting to the FP&A Leader, you will deliver high-quality financial planning, analysis and management reporting to support decision-making across the organisation.

You will interact with senior stakeholders across finance, asset management and funds management, helping turn complex financial data into practical insights while contributing to systems, models and processes that

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional with CA/CPA or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum five years’ FP&A, analysis, budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Strong modelling, analytical and commercial skills with advanced Excel and systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, reforecasting and long-range planning with modelling and consolidation.
• Prepare and review monthly management packs, analysis and commentary.
• Analyse actual vs forecast performance and identify key drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders across finance, asset management and property to support planning and decision-making.
• Assist with executive, Board and investor-related reporting and presentations.
• Lead improvements to FP&A models, tools, data quality and processes.
